One to One Grief Support
Our hospice offers gentle one-to-one grief support for anyone living with loss. These private sessions provide a calm, supportive space to talk, be heard, and explore your feelings at your own pace.
Our trained team offers compassionate listening and reassurance, helping you feel less alone as you adjust to life after loss.
Home Visit Support
Our hospice offers friendly home visits for individuals living at home. A trained volunteer can spend time offering companionship, conversation, or quiet presence, whatever feels most supportive in the moment.
These visits also offer family members and caregivers a short period of respite, knowing their loved one is being cared for, while they rest or attend to other needs.
Vigil Support
Our hospice offers gentle vigiling support during the day and overnight for patients and families in the final days and hours of life. A trained member of our team can sit quietly at the bedside, offering calm companionship and a reassuring presence.
This support allows family and loved ones time to rest, knowing their person is not alone, and helps maintain comfort, dignity, and peace during this tender time.
Friendly Visits
Our hospice offers friendly visits for patients in hospital or long-term care settings. A trained volunteer can spend time with your loved one, offering companionship, conversation, or quiet presence, depending on what feels most comforting.
These visits provide warmth and connection, helping patients feel less alone and bringing gentle reassurance during their stay.
